This guide will help you connect your phone calls to thee device.

1) Delete any existing Bluetooth pairing between the device and your phone
2) Ensure the phone is not connected to any other Bluetooth device
3) Re-pair the phone with the Universal Dashboard, ensure any options on the car side such as Music player/Audio Player etc is disabled
4) In your phone settings menu – search for ‘call audio routing’
5) Set to Carplay or Android Auto
6) Reconnect your phone to the dashboard.

If the call still dose not work ensure that carpaly is selected once the call comes through.
